WTF reason does everyone ragequit if they lose a round.
We get a continue, and people can easily save a burn continue if need be.

I'm really getting sick of this BS, team does great, has both continues, gets downed.
have 1 continue left "counter says 0" means you still have a chance to burn a card or keep going.

So why are people ragequitting after a wipe, on easy maps or whatever.

That's NM PUG experience for ya.

Many players are reluctant to spend burn cards with randoms on NM cuz the risk-to-reward ratio is just too high. Hell Can Wait is the most expensive one at 100SP right now and a lot of times you can tell whether there is enough team chemistry to go on or not after the first mission.

If the team got wipe at start checkpoint , It's simple that everyone leave.

I'm guessing they're speedrunners so you're gonna get left behind in the later levels either way. The carpark is actually very defendable once you learn of the layout and it isn't that big to begin with. The Handy Man(police station level that comes next) is pretty notorious with speedrunners cuz despite of the December nerf it's still very viable to zip around destroying the nodes in record time and the riddens are none the wiser.

If it was the first mission I think that's fair. No sense continuing when you can just restart and get the continue back.

If you teamwipe at first level of checkpoint/act, restarting (aka "ragequitting") might be a smart thing to do because:
1. first levels aren't usually too difficult (relatively);
2. next levels, especially finale might prove way more challenging so you could use extra chance

What's truly unreasonable is giving up on a halfway/finale or something, when actual progress was made, piece of time spent.

Doing great, and then you start an event at a bad time, and an alarm gets setoff that boosts the horde, such as hitting an alarm car, or get hocked and 2 Tallboys show up, and you don't have 4 pipebombs and 3 grenades (meaning the equipment to counter with good odds of surviving)

I think these types of situations actually define how well were you performing. Poor job at handling stressful situations and allowing unnecessary ones (alarms) to happen in the first place.

depends how the wipe happens, if it was bad luck i’ll try again, if it was a bad team then there’s not much point trying again.

its better those idiots leave than stay if u ask me .. they will play selfishly no matter what.. game will replace them quickly so i have no issues.. ppl who leave with 2 continues left dont deserve to be there in first place :) also u can pretty much clear nightmare with 1 other real person in team so as long as its not all bots your still good.

Maybe the game is broken and creates this behavior?

That's specially usual with Jim players. I don't really like to generalize, but a majority of Jim players are useless and unprofessional. As if that Jim character was not disgusting enough.

What's worse is when you have already spent a Hell Can Wait or two and they leave if a round goes bad.

Strange because i find Jim players to be above average when it comes to usefulness. That might have something to do with being arguably the best cleaner. Also, how is he disgusting?
