There is this glitch that I am having in Interloper that is preventing me to keep the hat for Rarest Specimen.

After the end of the Gargantuar chase when I jump on those boosters, the hat just flies of my grasps and some reason it looses its gravity, resulting in the hat just freaking flying up to the ceiling of the map. I can't even get it down by shooting it, I tried this many times, it still goes off. and that even goes for the second booster.

I tested that the hat is alright during the chase, but after that long leap to the the it somehow triggers an eff you function tot he hat.

Did anyone had this problem before? I am literally one achievement away from fully finishing the game 100%.

Me too. What I did is I shot the hat towards the island until I could eventually grab it, or just reload the save before that ramp jump. Bug doesn't always happen.

This game's physics feel much worse then HL2 and definitely need more polishing. Jumping seemingly doesn't work while running sometimes. There is that one part during Gargantuar's lair where you run up the slope and you have to jump over a tentacle - 50/50% chance you won't jump at all...

I was able to get over it by loading a new save after multiple times. Crowbar Collective should fix this problem.

lol same here. just save a file and try another direction before you step on booster
