I used to play this game a lot just fine, but a while ago my frames are between 5-10 when trying to play. my mouse pointer moves around without any stutter but even opening the options tab i get super slow response and low frames. ive updated drivers, restarted my computer, deleted the game and reinstalled, and checked for any bugs using steams corrupted file scan. nothing helps. is there anything else that can be done? my computer runs a 2070 max q and a core i7
