I have noticed the strange lack of the color orange and the less strange but still a little sad lack of the color pink. I think it would be an enjoyable base-building improvement to add the two.
As some extra ideas for a few of the paintable objects:
/Orange/
Wall could be diagonal stripes of orange and less saturated orange.
Stool could be designed as a kitchen bar stool; four white legs starting in the middle and splitting toward the bottom, the seat being a plastic, orange circle.
Pedestal could be designed like a cubby; top, bottom, left side, and right side only, all orange. The front and back being empty.
Carpet could be designed with the idea of tangerines, and could include tassels on every corner that does not touch another orange carpet.
Table could have a very simple shape; a white or light orange plain base, and a plain, orange top.
Loose flooring could be the color of the Clay Walls, and be very small, relatively dense pebbles, like gravel.
/Pink/
Wall could be pink and pastel pink pinstripes.
Stool could be shaped like an ottoman with the fabric button in the middle, making the seat fabric crease toward the center.
Pedestal could be designed as a bedside table; white cube base with two pink drawers in the front, and a square, pink plank on the top.
Carpet could be fluffy, like the white carpet, but with rounded corners.
Table could be shaped like the brown table, but crudely painted white, with a pink, patterned tablecloth laid out so the corners hang off the sides of the table.
Loose flooring could be pink flower petals, scattered virtually randomly.
