I am so depressed, because I played this wonderful game at the release and I don't remember any troubles. Also I was using high perfomance presets, as far as I remember.
Today I have launched DS and I can see shocking stutters during the cutcscenes. I have adjusted presets to minimum, turned off Vsync, streaming settings and it didn't help. I have apgraded nvidia drivers, I even installed gamebooster -almost nothng changed. As I see, it evolves gradually: after the launch everything is ok for several minutes, then stutters appear. Also, beyond the scens, during the gameplay, everything is almost wlawless.
What should I do? That makes me so miserable =(

I got the same issue, fixed it installing the game in SSD pair w/ Windows. Also, you can try QuickCPU bc the game uses cpu a lot and 2.8GHZ maybe isn't enough
