Drivers are all updated, windows, bios etc. Single monitor can do 1440p, and has been working until recently.

Noticed the game would launch in 720 , 480 happened when using an hdmi chord and switched to dp chord. Tjings worked great. However the game is now currently launching in 720 x 480 with the dp chord and there is no way of changing resolution in game to 1440p.

Are there any solutions out there for this problem?

The highest quality and performance is provided by connecting a video card-monitor via DP. Try to connect and restart the PC. If it does not help, remove the video card driver with the DDU program -- https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/ddu-guide-tutorial
Download the game drivers from the official site and install with the subsequent reboot of the PC.

tried both AMD factory reset AND DDU with no such luck. I'm going to try and see if a different DP chord is helpful, but i'm doubtful considering my other games register the native resolution upon loading.
