I asked both Epic and Arkane, Epic said they don't have information and i doesn't have a thing with them, and i should mail Arkane about it, Arkane didn't respond at all...

It has an Epic store page but as per Epics own terms you can't sell a PC multiplayer game on the Epic store unless it has crossplay with other PC store versions. That is probably what is holding it up.
