I was having a good time playing until I got stuck in the tutorial where it teaches you on how to sacrifice loot.
Thing is it tells me to press ''Del'' key. Thing is I don't have a ''Del'' key and pressing Backspace wont work either...

Does anyone know a way to fix this? I just can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ believe they didn't predict this from happening on laptop users...

Hope they actually update the game soon and they fix this kind of issues bc the game looks so fun but it also looks like they didn't took optimization serious...

Never knew laptops with no delete key were a thing. That would absolutely be a deal breaker for me. And when a company does something so blatantly stupid like that, they typically lose my business forever. Cheaping out with stupid crap to save a few pennies at the expense of the customer experience is why I will never buy anything again from Dell. I bought an XPS desktop which is supposed to be their top of the line model but is crippled by a tiny little pancake cpu cooler that is pure garbage. And to top it off the piece of $hit case they use has no airflow at all. No intake fan, and not even any place to mount an intake fan.
So yeah, I think I can add Asus to that list for blatant stupidity and cheapness. (Although I do love their mobo's).

It has a Supr/insert key, but that isn't working too... I'm borrowing an Xbox One controller from a friend to test if I can finally skip that tutorial

Delete doesn't seem to be there but some keys are bound to entire functions as a long press, maybe changing one of those would work.

I did try to plug another keyboard but I realized it didnt have the ''Del'' key too... I'll try to modify the keybinds file and see what happen...

A full sized keyboard didn't have a delete key? Are you using an English style qwerty keyboard or a different style?
I don't think I've ever seen any keyboard without a delete key. If it's a different style of keyboard del might be hidden under a special character or something but pressing it should still send out the signal for "del key pressed" if it's a non-English keyboard try changing Windows settings to English US/UK and finding out where the del key should be on the full sized keyboard.
As you're on a laptop, plug into a TV and use it as your extension screen (display settings) try the on-screen keyboard (I think it's run then OSK) on screen 2 with the game in windowed mode.

What is your native language of the notebook/keyboard? If it's not english, DELete may be something else in your language.

Nothing seemed to work so i bought a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ xbox controller and now I can enjoy this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game :) Thx to all for the help, I appreciate it <3

Most laptops do have a del key and its usually right above the backspace key, even if you don't, you should be able to change the keybinding for it

EDIT: Ignore what I wrote about rebinding del as it seems to be hardcoded

Mine does not have a ''Del'' key, only Backspace. I just tried to remap ''Del'' as ctrl+m and the game still does nothing. At this point I've tried all possible solutions but nothing seems to work :(

Do you have an apple laptop? I'm reading cmd+backspace might be the shortcut for the del key. If it isn't an apple laptop there might be another function key combination for this.

Nope :( mine is a Asus ROG STRIX G and it doesn't have a ''Del'' key... I did try to map that to ctrl+m but didn't work.

At this point i'm starting to think they didn't prevent this from happening at all... It's kinda weird they put ''Del'' to such a specific thing knowing that some PCs might not have that key.

A lot devs are terrible with keybinding, there is no need to make keys hardcoded and impossible to use, seems like some laptop makers are just as bad and cheap out on the keys

Are you clicking the "infuse gear' banner.. Kinda throw me off to.. To me it made me think i was already in the infuse gear screen. But you have to click it. I know you said you dont have a delete key.. But this seems to be an easy thing to miss. And maybe the backspace key will then work for you.

Do you have a numpad? (I can't find your specific keyboard by searching, there's too many similar named totally different looking things.)

If so, numpad '.' with numlock off is normally a delete key. Try that maybe.
