is PLUS version worth playing after original?

I just had to click 15mins over the same text at one of the scenes (dont wanna spoiler) and wondering if it's worth going through again, is there anything different on the PLUS version? or just the very same story with a better art quality? should i tried the plus too? kinda boring reading the same thing

This is not worth it, you don't get new endings, you don't get satisfying lore.

Just watch a YouTube video for the backstory bits. It's not worth cash.
yap already 100% it 2 weeks ago, the only satisfaction for me was to complete achievements. and it's not even that cheap here, 19$ for nothing, luckily my friend had it for 1$.

Plus has new content, but the original story was left unchanged for anyone who hasn’t played it before. The additional content is more for fans of the game to learn more about the world and characters, as well as a puzzle to solve regarding unlocking the last bit of content.

I’d purchased the “bonus” content for the original game as a means of donating the Team Salvato. When I purchased DDLC+ I saw the price tag as another means of donating to more future content rather than simply paying for more content of a game I already loved. If you’re looking for more content, but are strapped for cash or don’t see the price worth it here are a few mods to the original game you might be interested in that I believe remain true to the story.

True Literature Club
TLC is a rather short mod that aims to add endings to each of the characters. There's even a shortcut feature to blast through the 3 poem minigames with a result screen saying who Liked, Loved or Hated the poem. The game doesn't change until you get to the Weekend choice.
Monika is still self-aware, but has a valid reason for choosing not to corrupt the game which you will only achieve if you unlock her Sunday choice.
Hint:
Each character must love one of your poems at least once and none of them can hate any of your poems.

The Purist Mod
If you happen to be a fan of dating sims or want a fuller DDLC story this mod adds +11 hours of additional content, custom music and delivers it's own messages of patience, trust and acceptance. This mod doesn't change much until after the Sunday choice, after which you get into deeper backstories of the characters that feature both a good ending and bad ending. While this mod doesn't go through the "second half" of the base game it doesn't ignore what had taken place and even has a few cheeky reminders sprinkled about. The mod starts in Monikas "space room" where she is not happy that you reinstalled the game and tries to delete it, but realizes her power to manipulate the game has been taken away by the mod. She reluctantly agrees to help you "save them".
While Monika chooses to help you achieve the ending you wanted behind the scenes her route is still not an option. Can you prove that happiness can be found here?

Monikas Before Story
Despite the name the mod isn't actually about Monika only. Rather, the game takes place shortly before the base game had taken place and the mod forces the story to alter in a way that the MC is the Club President, Monika is the Childhood Friend, Sayori is a close friend of Monikas while the MC tutors her in math and Natsuki and Yuri remain relatively unchanged. The MC has more personality as he's not some generic slouch, though the general beats to the base game are followed with these minor/major tweaks. Monika IS an option, but each character has their own story to tell should you pursue it.
Several times through the game it seems that the MC knows more than he's letting on, but at the same time it's more like a deja-vu dream to him. The game forcefully deletes the character files in the beginning, but if you want to dig a bit deeper there's a way to unlock a 2nd full game hidden within the files.
Hint:
Don't let the mod delete the files!

The base game was unchanged, so if you already know everything you can largely skip through this part. The side stories are their own section and the hidden file content, pictures and achievements can be unlocked with various in-game means through the classic version. For example, unlocking a characters side-story requires picking them throughout the week of the base game. The hidden file content is more like a puzzle this time around rather than you knowing which sequence of programs to open them in to reveal the hidden content, which I don't wanna spoil here as the hidden content is more in relation to DDLC+ and the events "after" rather than just hidden content of the original game.

That said, restarting the base game (an in-game function) keeps track of conversations you've already seen, so the skip feature is handier in unlocking all the achievements if you're going for 100% completion.

The question you are asking in a way is, "should I reread this book", and in a way the way you are asking says you do want to

There is side stories, 6 side stories that tell you about how members joined the club and stuff, you simply unlock them by pressing DDLC button for original story and you get it by writing poems For different girls

The 7th side story which usually isn't considered a side story is unlocked by getting the secret ending

sorry idk how to put spoiler so scroll down for spoiler stuff of how to get the secret ending

You will get it by unlocking every one of the girls CG'S before act 1
Example-
You will have to do a lot of saves for this
First, choose one of the girls then write poems for that girl and stick with her through the game through every choice, by this you will unlock her CG's
Just as you are about to enter Sayori's house before her suicide, save at that point but remember not to go into that suicide, then load to the first poem you were writing for the first girl you chose and choose another girl

MAKE A NEW SAVE FOR EACH ROUTE, DO NOT OVER WRITE THE SAVES
Keep on doing the same thing before Sayori's Suicide for every girl once
Whenever ur about to enter the house when you are on the LAST girl, just keep on playing then you will get a secret sentence from Sayori at the end and A Note from Dan Salvato

Also the Side Story called 'EQUALS' will be unlocked
lol
