Got stuck trying to 100% this so I did a quick Google search to see if there was a 3rd ending. It told me to view all of the scenes via savescumming and play through to Monica's poem in act 3 before deleting her to get it. I tried this but got the normal ending. Is there more to it than this? Are there more scenes I'm supposed to see in a single playthrough besides the ones for writing all poems for each girl, telling Sayori that you love her, and choosing to spend the weekend with the other 2? What did I miss?

If I remember right, it checks if you've seen all of the CGs for each girl. Keep separate save files for everyone before advancing to the day of the festival.

I did that. Are there any more scenes other than what I listed in the op? Am I supposed to do all perfect poems or something?

The special ending also doesn't look especially different. It's possible that you got it and didn't notice. There's a bit of different dialogue and a developer note pops up instead of the note from Monika.

I got the Monika note. Guess I'll just try again.

Edit: I must have made some mistake that playthrough. I just tried again and got it. Now I'm at 99% and I'm pretty sure I just need to go through until I get the last secret picture. Thanks for the help kwil.

Edit 2: are there any rng manipulation tricks to get the last secret poem on the list? I've played through several times and still haven't gotten it.

Edit 3: disregard about the 10th secret poem. I looked up how to get it once I realized I was seeing 11 other secret poems.
