All that stuff in the goodies folder, can you change it so that it's a free dlc so I can install the game on it's own? HDD space is kind of at a premium for me right now and I really want to replay this at the moment without having to uninstall all the other steam games I'm playing currently.

I mean either way I'm reinstall this game at some point and replay it, it's just that shrinking it back down to it's original 4gb size would make that a lot easier for me and I'd really appreciate it.

Lol, I would probably spend a bit more than 4 bucks on a flash drive. It's probably just a cheap piece of Chinese crap that only has 500 MB of memory.

game size of game + goodies dlc = 11,4 GB
game size without it = 7,7 GB

And you can delete the sdk (which is an older version of the game that supports modding) if you not gonna use it. That's like another 3GB at least.

I think when the worshop drops they're gonna make the main version of the game support modding, and removing the sdk, that should make the game around 4 - 5GB.

This is accurate, yes. Also you can delete duskworld if you dont want to play it, and end up with the game around 3-4gb

The problem isn't deleting the folders, the problem is I don't have 7gb of free space right now. It literally says 1.7gb. I'd still have to delete some stuff off my HD to free up enough space.

I just checked and you're right about that, my mistake. I actually already have it turned off for this very reason. But like I said, still too big.

Lol, It's been well over 20 years since I moved out of my parents place. Just get a dirt cheap non-SSD hard drive for games like this that don't require much in the way of hardware.
