I've gotten the Completionist award for every level, (100% secrets and kills), and the sickles have all changed colour appropriately. I still do not have the steam achievement though. I'm wondering, maybe this is because I 100%'d episode 1 and half of episode 2 on one computer, and the rest of episode 2 and episode 3 on a different machine? Or is there something I'm missing? I grabbed all the soap, got all the other achievements, done all levels on low tech and untouchable, but I haven't done pacifist. Any advice?

If you can check your ep1_completion (and 2 and 3) stats using steam achievement manager, I can help you figure out which levels might require redoing!

Thank you for suggesting SAM, I've only vaguely heard of it before, very useful. I was able to find a statistics page for DUSK, with episodes 1 & 2 being 4095 and episode 3 being 4079. It also says I didn't reach the episode 3 secret level, so I'll run do that again and let you know how it goes.

Huh, so that actually didn't work. I'm seeing something interesting though, in SAM the statistic is called 'reached_e3ms2'. The other secret levels are e1ms and e2ms, without the 2 on the end. I'm looking at the output_log.txt file (I was looking at this earlier to track soap progress), and when I reached ratacombs it logged "Stored STEAM Stat: reached_e3ms". It doesn't have the 2 on the end like it does in SAM. Maybe this discrepancy is the issue? I dunno how this stuff works, really, just a guess.
