I was enjoying this untill the dumb gravity level. Tried a couple of times and got sick of just falling into space. /uninstall.

Shame as i was enjoying it.

This level is so loved or hated. It's not a very hard level but I've seen some people really hit some gamer rage trying it because they save lock themselves into really awkward spots. Then instead of just restarting they spend the next 45 minutes getting angrier and falling off stuff lol.

Edit: Kinda dumb though to just quit that close to the end. Especially since you can just look up a walkthrough or something. You don't even need to flip the world tbh

Apologies for the troubles! We knew this would be a divisive level, and while it doesnt make it better, it is very short, and can be completed rather quickly. We're sorry it was a dealbreaker for you, and in the future we will do a better job on our games having learned lessons like this!

There is no real way to "save lock" yourself in that level, this seems like a misunderstanding of how the mechanic works!

Those kinda levels are the absolute worse in any game. But I appreciate the variety in levels during episode 3.

This was honestly one of my favorite levels cause it made me think, which is something I'm good at!

it irritated me, hardly fits in with the theme of the game either.

Imagine uninstalling a great game near the end just because you were slightly annoyed by a mechanic that is taught only once in the entire game.

I hope this doesn't mean that now you're going to be scared of wanting to experiment with level design that plays with player movement. It's okay to accept feedback, but I don't know how to feel about you guys apologizing for every random guy's complaint about any little thing, I don't know, I just hope this isn't affecting your design philosophy too much.

Feedback is feedback good or bad, not everyone is going to like every game. Levels like this are like marmite, and can be a risk to put in a game.

I hated it, it just did not seem to fit in with the rest of the game. Explain to me the reason for this "gravity thing" How does it fit with the rest of it.

Episode 3 you are taking a trip through different dimensions, that level is one of them, a kind of fragment of the memory of the protagonist's past, I consider it a good level because it plays with good movement and the physics of the game, in general I like when games play with gravity.

As you say, not all games and mechanics should meet everyone's expectations, for this reason it is a bit alarming that a deb apologizes for practically any complaint, it scares how it affects their way of designing or how they experiment with levels, and their vision in general.

The dev had no need to apologise. I just did not like it, the game is good though. I am not sure if i will go back to it again though.
