I've loss all my game progress in the menu and unlock chapters, extras, and it now says i'm only at 1% completion of the game since the recent update. My saved games are still there but I will have to replay or skip through all the routes again. Which is frustrating since I had only one more route to go.

It's exactly the same for me in terms of losing all game progresses. I fully unlocked the game (100%) and now I'm at 0%... but my saved files are still around.. just everything else is completely erased. Is it something we can wait for a bug fix or do I need to replay every single route and unlock all those pins etc. again?

The same thing happened to me! I had also only one route left and it's so frustrating seeing all gone. Archives and Memorabilia sections are all empty but my save files are still there. Also, I changed MC's name and it returned to Teuta's.

Sadly, I don't think there'll be a fix to restore the lost progress but I still suggest informing this issue to the devs and localization team.

I was bummed out because I didn't know if it was because of the game or windows update..

Regardless, I'm sad everyone lost their progress 😔

You can skip unread texts by changing the options in settings!

Thanks for the info. Weird that they can't just post the news on the platform itself, and necessitate players to go out of their way to Twitter, to learn what's up.
Don't remember text-related bugs during my playthrough. Hopefully, wiped progress isn't going to be a common occurrence with their patches.

Yeah, I think the same thing. I was thinking the wiped progress was an isolated problem of mine until I saw the update tweet and then later this post.
I don't know if responding to PQube tweets would be worth it (I still don't get an answer in that post) but maybe I'll try again. I don't want to keep playing and then have my progress erased again only for a small update.

(In my playthrough I found bugs... even after the update lol that wasn't nice :[ )

At least you just felt weird. I was livid. 100% > 0% does not feel good.

I just opened the game today. I had some energy to go through the story again, BUT IT TURNS OUT my save files were still there! (which is kinda great but at the same time weird because my progress is still 0%)

I backed this game up on Steam, in case of another loss of progress occurring in future updates. I uh... I'm back to 0%. Welp.
