Hello. I've been playing House Flipper on my macbook. Everything ran fine until I tried to get on today. My game started me at the beginning. I had quite a lot of money saved up for a project I was eager to start. I followed the developer's troubleshooting post (copying and pasting the backup files) and it didn't work. I do SEE the backup files from the last time I played (Dec 30th) as well as a few days before. I tried deleting the files in profile 1 and profile 2 and nothing seems to be working.

Tried submitting a trouble ticket and got an error message. Not sure what else to do.
