Is anyone else having issues with buyers?
My latest house has 2 bed, 2 bath (trying to get the Smoth family). There are kid things all over. yet they aren't even in my top 5 buyers. Instead I have all the ones that hate kid items or want only one bedroom. I know the buyers are weird already but this seems off.
- Even adding more toys and kid items hasn't gotten those buyers off the top 5.

The buyer preferences seem to be bugged. Having played this back when we had to first get all the buyer achievements there was named furniture that matched their needs this furniure is nolonger in our Store so buyers are not exactly getting that specific furniture.
Many have reported it that since Luxury DLC came out this has not ben fixed.
Keep reporting it in bugs maybe they'll get the message :)

I think they're a family of 5 so they need more than 2 bedrooms.
TBH I'd like to see some different buyers. More landlords would be good.

Yes, my buyers make no sense for the properties I'm selling. It's not just that but they'll say I have a bathroom when I don't, or a rug when there isn't carpeting in the entire house! I don't know if it's a bug or what at this point.

I had a family of 5 buy a two bedroom without any kids stuff. Didn't make sense to me.

I love that we can see the buyers, but yes it does seem like it is off to some degree. You put all kinds of effort into fixing it according to the top persons comments then they don't buy it. its strange.
Another thing that has been bugging me is am I making additional money if I paint the walls? it seems like none of them care if I paint walls or put down flooring. what about all the other intricacies? Does the game / buyers actually take those into account?

Good question, I'm going to try not painting/decorating walls on the next purchase I make and see what kind of profit I make. One thing I did find is they don't seem interested in having larger rooms, doesn't seem to add any value.

Hi having same issues. Buyers are not staying true to their preferences. Its affecting my profits too. Lol think they need to be over hauled.:)
