has the Dev stated how much DLC for the game is planned?

as it is the base game's achievements are pretty much only half of them, and I see that there are still some who aren't released. On top of that, the DLC is so expensive(so if I wanna go for those achievements, I'm probably not getting them anytime this decade).

I can see from the mouse symbol next to your name that you own the base game already. So just keep an eye on your Steam Library section - if there are any official announcements by the devs, such as content updates or sales, you will find them there.

The DLCs go on sale several times a year, and bundle discounts are especially good. Any bundle you buy will take into account that you have the base game already, but you'll still get the discount - that's how Steam works.

There hasn't been any information on how many DLCs are planned - House Flipper is a sandbox, with no "story", so I don't think the devs even know it themselves.

If you look at release dates on the Steam store pages for paid DLCs specifically, the Garden one got released 1 year after the base game, in May 2019; HGTV came out in May 2020; and Luxury in October 2021. Pets and Farm DLCs are expected in mid- and end of 2022 respectively, but could be later. So they have been a year apart so far, certainly not going to be less than 6 months apart.

The devs have so far been very good with Free content updates - new houses added to the base game in April, Halloween and Christmas. The paid DLCs are all excellent in terms of the amount of content provided, both items and gameplay. We are certainly never going to be in a situation like The Sims 4, with their stuff packs, game packs and kit packs every 3 months...

I just don't wanna spend too much money to get all the achievements, and I mean ALL of them(future DLC included).

The achievements are easy to get, for the most part. The only ones that are hard are "Quick Job" (complete an order in under a minute) and "Game Over" (sell all houses at least once, except your current office).

- Quick Job can be done if you wait until all your perks are maxed out and then re-doing the garage order to 75% completion.
- Game Over is actually Easier if you do it Before buying any DLCs - fewer houses to flip.
- Achievements that require selling to specific buyers are moderately tricky, because buyer preferences seem to be bugged. But there are a lot of guides on the subject available on Steam, as well as an excellent Room Requirements Guide. None of the paid DLCs actually add any new buyers, so these can all be done in base game.

yeah, they are pretty easy to get, but from the looks of it(roughly) half of the game's achievement require DLC, which is understandable in my opinion. I dislike it when games have an achievement for something there really should be(beating a really hard boss, beating the game on higher difficulties, etc.) and I'm sure there are some some DLC achievements that I'd consider needed to be there but I don't know, can't play the DLC until I buy it. However, I'm looking to NOT pay an arm and a leg to get all of them.

So far, The sims 4 currently has 11 expansions, 10 game packs, 18 stuff packs and 9 kits. At least that's what it shows in my Origin (and I have them all, except some of the kits which I'll never get). From what I can see, and doing a real quick calculation based on my own currency, the HF DLC's are around the price of a TS4 Kit. Which, to be honest, is quite cheap for the amount of content we get for HF.

I seriously doubt HF will get up to that number of packs/DLC's. Everyone knows Sims is an expensive franchise to play. EA/Maxis knows how to milk their cows.
