  - We tracked down and fixed the pesky furniture disappearing bug, hopefully for good this time!
  - The night in the "Let it snow" house and in the job related to it is now properly dark so that Santa can finally feel comfortable delivering gifts (better late than never, right?)
  - Problems with "Christmas Tree" and "Poinsettia" items in the "It's Christmas once again" job will no longer bother you!
  - We reworked the grass colors for improved visibility when mowing or trimming.
  - A bug with "A small lawn and a pool" job, not allowing the players to complete it with 100%, has been fixed.
  - A handful of additional minor improvements

  - A new holiday house is ready for festive flipping!
  - New lamps: Hazzi ceiling lamp, Hazzi sconce, Tabulee ceiling lamp, Hazzi table lamp, Hazzi floor lamp.
  - A lot of new festive ornaments and sizing options for Christmas trees.
  - Plenty of new kitchen cabinets.
  - Say hello to Barry - the Lizzums' Hamster!
  - 6 new panels and tiles for walls and floors.
  - 3 new windows.
  - New dining room set with a lot of variants.
  - Winter is here - new items for skiing and snowboarding enjoyers. If you're from the southern hemisphere, please disregard this point.
  - A little furnace just for you!
  - A new bathroom set including sink, shower and cabinets.
  - A bunch of improvements to houses' surroundings - better looking trees and cliffs (HGTV).
  
  
• Changes:
  - New house browser - with flavor filters.
  - Ever wanted to hang a painting next to stairs? Now you can!
  - Pop-up avalanche was transformed into a pop-up carousel - concerns new players.
  
  
• Fixes:
  - Ever wanted your game to stutter every 30 minutes? Yeah, neither did we, so we've fixed that.
  - Underworld portals were removed from the pools.
  - Various edges were smoothed out a bit. They shouldn't get in your way anymore.
  - You won't be able to levitate over pools in the Turtle House no more.
  - Some houses were missing in Discord rich presence - missing they are no more.
  - Side walls of the Castle's roofs may now be painted.
  - (HGTV) We've removed the crash Easter egg from the Two Story Semi-detached House.
  - (Luxury) We've lifted the renovation ban on the Historic House's terrace.
  - (HGTV & Luxury) Creative tasks symbols were removed from before-after photoshoots
  
  
  
  It's getting more and more obvious that it's the end of 2021. We know that not everyone loved this year, but it's been nothing but great to our game and community. We can't help but feel that we've learned a ton of new things, and House Flipper is definitely better than it was in January.

I enter a room in the top notch apartment and back out, all items inside the room vanish until I reenter it. Everything was working fine before the patch

Not game breaking but enough to stop playing until its fixed. All files validated successfully

can you update the achievements?

i seem to have ones for expansions i dont own, so cant get 100% completion

This situation is something we tried to fix with this update. Your report is the first one where this issue appeared for someone who didn't have it before. We will try to find a way to reproduce and hopefully fix it in the upcoming days. Thanks for reporting!

Unless there's some new Steam feature, Steam Achievements always show the DLC content regardless of ownership.

The game is broken with the update. Can't do the Christmas house because the requested items are not showing up and even when I search Christmas in the search bar and put them in manually that way the game isn't recognising that the items have been placed. For example it asks for a Christmas tree. I placed one of every Christmas tree in the game and it didn't recognise that they were there. Also, the poinsettia, same thing. One of all sizes and never recognised. The max I can get on this one is 91%

There seems to be a bug in the new house that prevents me from removing all of the snow. there is no shovel prompt and i tried restarting the game and no luck

I seem to be having major graphics issues with the Xmas update and the Luxury DLC (I got both around the same time). I get flickering black planes/blocked sights which makes some houses almost unplayable without at minimum a horrific headache from the flashing. (I cannot add a screenshot on here for some reason).

i'm assuming you're still working on something, i cant even hit "play" lol. it wants to stay downloading, restarted my computer to see if it was just my problem, doesn't seem to be. Other then that, I'm liking the new expansion of Luxery, i feel too close to done already though with the work orders winding down. Pretty fun still. Hope i can play soon ! have a good day creator/team! happy holidays and new year and thanks for the work you do for my bored self!

Never even seen this issue until today. I had torn down every wall and started from scratch. Built 3 complete rooms and several incomplete rooms. Logged off last night, updated in the morning and had the problem ever after. It has to be related to the light. Everything disappears at the same time that the lights go out when leaving the room. The log thing looks to be alot of work and complicated.
