I would have to say, I'm not looking forward to a farm DLC. I think I would find it extremely boring. I would rather have a hoarder DLC where every single house is completely trashed and looks like it came from the TV show. Sorry but I'm super not feeling the farm dlc.

It is not super appealing to me as a paid concept, but I could see it being a decent free DLC idea like the prepper DLC. Basically houses that have really been put through the ringer and need a *lot* to be livable again. Kind of like some sort of challenge oriented DLC. If it were going to be paid, I would want a number of impactful systems added to the game and those seem to be kind of limited.

I am excited for the Farm DLC myself, though.

I'd play a Hoarder DLC providing they're not priced ridiculously like most of the House Flipper DLC's.

Same honestly, I'm only interested in the farm DLC for the ability to change roofs and build extensions. I'm not even that interested in those 2 options though. I'm completely not interested in farm animals, or any animals honestly. I feel like they're getting away a bit from the core decorator/designer gameplay with the pets and farm DLCs. I have no objection to those themes for furniture but that's all really. The hoarder idea is great!

the roof-repair supposedly is coming to the basegame too, no DLC needed.

Glad to see I'm not the only one! Farm DLC doesn't seem to fit, and there's a million other existing games in that genre anyway. But a clean up DLC could be amazing.

A hoarder DLC would be amazing!!! Or even houses similar to the ones in Detroit where they have walls caved down, floors missing, ect.

My most favourite part of a house flip is the cleaning up and removing trash. I'd welcome a dlc like this, in fact I'd probably just throw my money at them right now if they announced something like this XD

But I also look forward to the coming dlc's, even though I'm not interested in the pet/farm features. There will still be new houses and areas, not to mention new furniture styles and deco. Never enough stuff, I'd say!

As long as we can (semi) customize how it ends up I am all in for a $DLC of this.

Hoarder DLC would not nothing to the game I'm afraid. Especially when a single click can remove large quantities of trash. The rooms would be emptry instantly. Going round with the mop would clean it immediatly and everything could be sold right away with the seller gun.
No, this would add zero value to the game.
