Do the tree's in your Outpost respawn/regrow over time?

I've been using Arcwood Outpost to slowly level up chopping down tree's and gathering materials and I'm curious if the tree's ever come back.

Yes, they come back as long as you do not build on top of them after cutting them down.

Also if you log out and back in, everything in the outpost respawns

Correct, shame we cant have the full range of flora and fauna.

btw what is the fastest way to level up? I finally reached level 3 after making a ton of arrows and other things I finally unlocked the thatch beam and the small wood crate with the oxidizer

but the thatch beam is kinda useless if you don't have the floor or walls.

so what's the best thing i can do to level up quick?

chop down all the tree's?

Killing stuff, the harder to kill the more points.

ah I kinda figured it would be hunting

ive noticed mining helps level you decently too especially one you havent mined before and make sure when you do mine them you get every bit it gives a little bit of a bonus exp

My leveling strategy is gather fiber and craft bandages. With the backpack it's like 195 bandages per cycle(with a full inventory carrying nothing but a scythe). Dump them and start again.

Crafting is actually pretty good, especially at the higher levels.

Don't level in an outpost. Exp is 1/5 th of in missions.
I would just level in the first mission, kill wolves, chop trees, make bandages,...
