Hi
I cant find any reviews on sandbox. Is sand box the full game? or is it just a safe place to harvest and craft? I started playing it and the exp is slower to gain. I am only at level 4 but what does it all achieve in the end can you go hunt dangerous creature? I seem to have explored and its just a closed off circle map?

The outposts are safe sandboxes for building and hanging out. The bases you build are persistent, and resources respawn, so you can build something big and fancy if you want, and come back to it whenever you like. There is no functional reason for them, in terms of game progression.

ok thanks for reply. So in sandbox your basically just have deer, rabbits and goats to kill and your have all the high tech etc eventually?

You can use them to grind XP if you really want, but they have much, much lower rates of XP gain than the missions.
