whats the fastest way just to play campaign or how?

I'd say it is only about difficulty, while the length of a mission, kills or score don't play any role in your advancement. Never bothered much with the leveling and been maxed for a while, so I am not 100% on this, but completing skirmish drop-zone-matches at platinum with a 5 minute timer should be the quickest way to make good progress.
