Anyone else have this problem?
I only have it with this game, all my drivers are up to date and game integrity is fine.

I'm having the same issue. Worked for 3 days and then started crackling. Turning soundscape down to minimal fixes it, but I really like the soundscape and would love to have it play.

have you tried your other games & computer programs? seems unlikely that this is caused by the game. more likely hardware failure ie broken wires or loose connection. Or if you have a headphone jack, wipe off the metal part of the jack with a clean cloth (to get rid of oil from handling the jack too much) (yes it actually makes a difference sometimes, did for me once)

The crackle goes away when you tune down soundscape from full to minimal
