Motorways obscure what is underneath and this makes it hard to see traffic flows or the demand bubbles on businesses.

Especially since motorways are mainly used to move across large sections of the map, one ends up with quite a lot of stuff covered. I think it's more enjoyable when you can see all the cars moving around the map.

It would be cool if there was an option to make the motorways translucent or semi-transparent so one can see what is happening underneath them.
