same as me all of my promotion mats was lost but my upgraded nine yang manual to tier 6 was stay in tier 5 help me with this please.

Exactly the same thing happened to me on 2022/01/12. I wouldn't say I lost my mats, it felt like it just didn't proccess the whole thing. I waited about 2-3hs and then logged out, when I tried to log back in (using Steam and Google) my characters were gone. I have (had?) a lvl63 in one server and a lvl8 in another. Now when I log in with my account it returns the message "You do not have any characters in any server. Please create one".

When I try to "recover" the Mir4 / WEMADE account all I get (inside Mir4) it's a '400 Google error' about the request being malformed. The gmail account works perfectly.

I'd say WEMADE is understaffed and completely over their heads right now.
