I cannot get my character to load for official pvp server. I try repeatedly and it only loads character very occasionally . It has waiting screen screen with spinning circle then it just goes grey. If I try to return to home screen at that point it fails and goes to a white screen . I keep trying but only works occasionaly. Any one else got this or any suggestions how to fix?. I have verified my files in steam and checked for updates.

MOE.exe is found at;

(your Steam install folder) SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Myth of Empires/MOE/Binaries/Win64

Right Mouse click on the MOE.exe Icon, select "Properties" then select the "Compatibility" Tab and tick "Run this program as an Administrator"

it was fixed for me after the patch not sure how long that lasts tho. try again

still cannot get into official server where my base is . Can join custom servers and play no bother. Have set exe to run as admin and still no good. I have checked that the game is allowed through firewall so I can only think that it is the official server host settings. They need to sort this. It will not load my character for official server and just goes to grey screen . Anyone help?

i have this problem also, i contacted support they told me to use a vpn but that didnt work. i frequently have to use wise registry cleaner , that helps if ur computer is slow , thats prolly what it is , u need to make sure its not overheated and do circles with the mouse during the load that helps too. thats pretty much all u can do besides upgrading ur computer

my pc is 11700k clocked at 5.1 ghz, 64 gig ddr4 3600mhz, running on an NVME drive, graphics casd is rtx 3080ti all self built and overclocked and liquid cooled and doesnt miss a beat with any other games including VR so its definately not pc speed. You could be right about network issues though. I tried running from the ACE launcher as one guide suggested but not sure . I eventually got in yesterday to find my base raided so sorting that. I had the same issue until I changed the main EXE to start the Game as "Run as Administrator"

Since then, I have had no issues!

how do u do that i right click on it and run as admin isnt there
