Have a question about training up recruit professioncy.
If i hit the npc my guildmate put on torture rack, would I gain professioncy? or only work if i hit the npc I put on torture stand?

It works with any prisoners. Even for ones in other guilds, friendly or you just sneaked in , hitting with weapon method. Improves both recruit and weapon proficiency.

The interact with device method only work with any friendly building (Hold E->use), only improve recruit proficiency, not weapon and slower.

Of course, keep the prisoner alive. Feeding and healing if necessary...

Thought they patched you cannot damage prisoners in other people's protection marker.
