If you have a problem with the game and haven't sent in a ticket to 2K Support yet, you should. It's the main way 2K gather data on an issue for the developers to research and work out if it's something they can fix.

If you don’t see an answer to your issue in the Knowledge Database or the official 2K forum, please feel free to submit a support request[support.2k.com]. Make sure the email address you use on the Support site matches your NBA 2K account email address.

If you're on Twitter you can request 2K Support at @2Ksupport, but they do tend to tell you to send in a ticket.
