I have 84 mins in game without even playing 1 match

So whenever i join a match(any kind) the loading screen is shown then right after it loads to 100% screen goes black for like 1 sec or less then the game closes.Please tell me if u know how to fix this issue. Thank you!

i had an i7 5th gen and an rx570 8GB and 16 gb ram. I changed my pc tho and now i can run any game i want
