I had to alt tab and hard close the game through task manager 3 times now because while harvesting fibers the game would just freeze, more specifically when I use Burn out (the fire staff ability that gives you a movement boost). I go to a specific spot in Windsward around where Medea boss is.

The game performance seems to suffer in that area with lots of stutters for some reason. Idk if this is normal. It's weird because I've been playing the game for a few weeks now and I've never had the game just hard lock on me like this. Does this happen to anyone else?

I never had any issues running the game since launch, but since the last server merge my game runs terribly. I never had to lower settings below high but now I have to for certain content. Like farming in brimstone sands.

I have also had about 10 crashes to desktop in the past 3 weeks. I never had that in the past.

Seems to me that the bugs in game are getting worse along with performance.

This is what happens when there is no reliable way to give feedback and report bugs anymore. The character limit for the in game "submit feedback" feature is limited and will not even allow to post pertinent information that AGS used to request on the bug forums, much being able to post screenshots or videos.

I am betting new world is on a skeleton crew with all focus being on lord of the rings. I dont care what scott lane says in a video, the proof is in the pudding and they are not banning cheaters, exploiters, fixing bugs or even addressing customer issues with not receiving content they paid for.

I have never NEVER seen customer service this bad in a game.
