Seems every other day I open Steam this game has some 100-200 download with a 15+ gb install, what are they patching all the time without any actual notes???

What's immature is whining about notes not being provided when they clearly were. Your laziness is not everyone else's problem.

184.1 MB is a big patch to you? That's all I had to download, but maybe not everyone gets the same download size. The actual patching took longer, but that depends on one's SSD or HDD and its read and write speeds.

Now, could there have been more content to the patch? Maybe. More frequent updates? Maybe.
If I'm being generous, they may actually have so few people that reaching and maintaining this fixed update pace is a strain, especially if they want to reduce or at least not increase the bugs in the game.

⚪️ Crafting Springtide Tokens now requires 3 Wispybloom Petals, down from 5.
⚪️ Wispy Wasps now have a 75% chance to drop Wasp Goo, up from a 10% chance.

Now that I know they're actually patching ♥♥♥♥ I don't really care. Just seemed weird to have 17gb installs with small downloads as if they're doing a bunch of backend work without telling anyone.

It's how Steam calculates the data files that are being modified. There is no way for 180mb to become 17GB worth of data.
