Guys, the game was not ready for launch, but the private testing was not finding the bugs, hence, they had to launch it.

The game engine is great, and once they fix things like the trading post, duping, etc, they will make a huge content drop.

This will be the real game, what we are playing right now is really an alpha release, it is free to play if you bought it, hence, just engine it.

I would recommend you get all your crafting skills up, as most likely in the long run that is going to matter, the gear you have will not really matter, as new content will make it obsolete in a very short time.

Hence, do your dailies, get your crafting up and wait it out a little.

The game engine is actually horrible.

It uses Lumberyard which has since been abandoned by Amazon in favor of a completely re-written engine (for future games). If you read any articles about AGS (and how they have been failing miserably at creating games) one of the big issues mentioned is the crappy game engine they are forced to use. Lumberyard. The same engine this game uses.
