( lets imagine new world has no bugs ,exploits, bots, bad support, woke code of conduit rules) just based on game itself and its direction i cannot recommend new world to any one.
New world has an identity problem with a big lack of rewards and fun.Its super grindy for no reason without rewarding the player for putting the work.You are better off by not doing those things .
in 840 hours of play... the only thing i did is watch movies/ youtube while farming..thats all i did .Dungeons are super boring and long even if u want to enter them u have to farm for keys for hours and get absolute trash rewards for completing them .pvp cost to much to gear up .crafting is boring, expensive ,time consuming and way to RNG .

Well if they just fix and change those problems then the game is good to buy right?
That will never happen tho.. in the past 4 months they fixed 1 bug and make 5 more .. they change something and create an exploit .
Like they are so incompetent at theyre job they removed harvesting armor from the game.,
They banned people that had a good farming route while bots that sit there fishing non stop for months .

New world need to hire qualified workers.even so game needs 3 to 5 years to fix his core problems and change this boring game.

New world was made to fail... a simple ...release the project super early .make money .pretend that u care and develop the game.. add changes that make the game worst so people stop playing and shutdown the game.

It certainly feels that way, doesn't it? With a budget of $500 million a year Amazon could have hired the absolute best in the business and made a phenomenal game(s). Instead, they hired people with no experience, no interest, and who absolutely don't care about what they're doing.

A quick look at AGS' gaming record and it makes sense. All they know how to create are mobile games that are built on retaining engagement (i.e. time gates and grindy mechanics) and making the user spend as much as possible (i.e. boosts for previously mentioned mechanics).

NW was never going to be an MMO that succeeded. AGS got our money and are now trying to maximize their profits.

People huffing copium likely won't leave now, despite all rational reasoning to jump ship. Those people will be AGS' cash cows when more cosmetics and boosts come out.

Sad part the store is so damn pathetic , I cant really see them making lots of money on it thus far.. Most of the cosmetics have just been down right childish levels of creativity. How many times can you re-skin the same LION for a housing prop.. or any of the other various re-skinned housing items.. Even trying to be more like GW2.. with the skinned crafting/harvesting items (at least in Gw2 they are unbreakable) .. here you see them for like 5 seconds.. yeah REALLY worth the payout =)

Good thing is they didn't develop it, so they can't ruin the gameplay.

Truth be told - nobody can unironically recommend New World, game is in an early beta state.

Anything that 'diversity and multiculturalism' touches.. falls deeep into hell.. its for a reason, IT DOESN'T WORK and no matter how much you force that ♥♥♥♥ its never going to work.

Hiring people into jobs based on merit rather than 'diversity' quotas, would be a start.
