Will they ever fix the performance issues or have they completely given up on the people with middle-lower specs to get into the game and boost the actual player number?

Welcome to the club. You are not alone, in fact you are one of many. And NO, you DON'T "need to upgrade your GPU" (unless you want to do this for some other games. New World's game engine is an absolute disaster for so many reasons ... I wouldn't even know where to start from. Even the devs themselves have no idea where to start from :-D

I mean I have a 1060 3 gb and the game runs fine I mean few stutters here n there but not to bad actually

Has nothing to do with "Silver Spoon" it's called having a job but that is besides the point.
It's the same post all the time, people with old outdated systems wanting to play newer games and having a problem.

Or they work and save up for a updated system, don't know what your situation is, and i don't care, but not everyone in the world that has a better thing than you has had a "silver spoon" in life.

Nah this game should not be that demanding in the first place It runs fine at 70fps id say when im solo in the world but towns mess it up real bad to 30fps average and changing settings form Highest to Lowest make like a 5fps difference which I dont get at all

Lets be real here, you are gaming on a 1060 3gb.

You could upgrade to a 2060 for like 200$ or you could get a 3060 for about 335$

so no I don't think you have a job.
