Specs : Rtx 3070 (mobile) I7-11th gen 16gb ram

From the prologue up to the town square in Kenabres The performance goes to a mostly stable 40fps ( ass, I know, but it is what it is ) to a slog full of microstutter and fps in the 15 to 22 range.

This happen in around 1 hour of gametime, and sure, restarting does indeed make the performance stable again for another hour or so, until it starts degrading again. I remember that on one of my last playtrough in october, during the flesh marchet battle in act 4, if 2 or more entities died at the same time the game would literally freeze for 3 seconds.

Isn't there anything the devs can do to address this?

In b4 some dude says you need a 3080 triple sli with 128 gb ram. 4ghz 16 core.
Raid 4tb ssds and a dedicated soundcard.

And that ur machines potato.



Look the game uses only 40% of my cpu 4 core 8 threads. And 2.8 gbs of ram.

I think its limited by its exe. It maybe 32 bit and can be enjoyed by yesteryears graphics.

Because Unity.
The better your hardware, the worse Unity runs.

And then when devs don't bother much with optimisation, which sadly is the case here as well, the worse it gets.

Sadly it gets even more worse at act 4. Had not much problems at the other acts but the city is really painful.

I run it on RTX 2070, stable 60 FPS high setting and I can game for multiple hours with no dip. Only Drezen and that Act 4 city, it was between on 50-60 FPS.

What resolution?
I have 2070 Super and even with shadows and SSR turned off, I get around 20 FPS in Act IV after few hours, sometimes getting as low as 1 FPS when moving my camera around. Terrible. Playing on 3440x1440.
