What is better? Divinity 2 or Pathfinder

I kinda like Pathfinder's plot and characters and level design a lot. All this nice in Divinity 2 as well but there is a specific atmosphere of Northern European fairy tales. Where silly but hilarious jokes are made and a dude's heart is ripped out in the next room at the same time. You get the idea.
But the combat system is much better in Divinity 2. Clearly this is a claim rather to the DnD but still all these spell slots all these AC, DC, saving throws, resting every 5 minitues it's just stupid. You should spend your spells wisely but in fact you just cast everything you have in front of the boss.
So what do you think?

DOS2 and WotR are the two best cRPGs made in the last two decades in most peoples estimation, or even ever. Asking which one is "better" makes no sense really. Obviously individuals will have their personal preference between them.

both are great games and it comes pretty much into personal taste.

i do prefer pathfinder for more serious story and having actual classes, never liked the classless systems

Though D:OS2 has better combat as it has more choices and you can use more different tactics and use surroundings lot more. though breaking the defenses kinda forces you to have either physical or mage party instead having mix of them.

dos2 has multiplayer and is really fun with that, for the singleplayer experience the whole character building in combination with the combat system ended up too flawed for my taste, the best strategy is to have like the same build on every partymember and than doing the same strategy over and over again

in pathfinder as long you don't rest spam, you at least already approach combat differently depending on your available ressources
