Just like the title, folks...any thoughts? I'm in Chapter 3, near the end of it I think, and I was able to upgrade like 3 or 4 outposts to Bastions and 1 Bastions to a Fortress. Is there a limit, or is it broken? Thanks!

Sorry, only 2 Outposts to Bastions and 1 Bastion to Fort, not 3-4 and 1.

I can't upgrade ANY outposts, I don't see any option to do so after finishing the decree, so you're in a better position than I am having been able to upgrade 2.

Sorry that's your limit. If you already build that on random fort your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up big time. So there's only 4 teleport point (drezen+3 forts) in chapter 3 nothing more. Try loading earlier saves or start new because that's irreversible

Besides the decree, you also have to have built three buildings in the outpost.
