Recently I've been playing ranked, at first my reputation went up from 2 to 3, however I was just hot dropping every time with 3 randoms and dying straight away getting no kills, de-ranking and then re searching for a game and this would repeat. I found it really boring and I didn't want to do it anymore.

So I continued to search for a random group but I decided I would put my marker down and suggest we go there (a place that isn't a hot spot) so I might be able to play the game for more than 10 minutes and actually enjoy myself. If they didn't do it (most of the time they are just silent anyways), I would just go there by myself anyways and would end up living to top 10 almost every game and actually having a good time and ranking up whilst I do it.

I'm now gold 1 having done this and am on the verge of platinum, despite most people on the team agreeing with me and going somewhere that isn't gonna just get us killed straight away (un-like in bronze rank), sometimes people still want to hot drop which I'm not comfortable with.

Most of the time when i get a team like this it results it them swearing and moaning at me, which I'm not bothered by, I just mute them and play my game how I enjoy playing it. However, they have clearly started to report my account for it since my reputation which started at level 2 and went up to 3 originally is now gone down to 1. Which it says on the reputation system is a "warning" and to "please watch my behaviour".

I don't use voice chat ever unless I have a group of people that want to live more than 2 minutes, to which i only ever talk to give information about the game.

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, is my account under risk if I continue to go into squads then play for myself when I get people who want to hot drop and die straight away?

If you got knocked far away and leave the match knowing that no one of your teammates will revive you, your reputation will decrease. If you got reported by teammates, your reputation will decrease . If you got lot of reports from enemies, your reputation will also decrease. If you leave match before all teammates dies, your reputation will decrease.
