Why do you need to cheat? Need lengthier ban time for cheaters

I see a lot of lvl 500s feel they need to cheat in a NORMAL game. Why? makes you feel dominant? They are only gonna ban you for 24 hours if they catch you? Maybe they should ban you for a month at a time. Watch the death cam and check their map to see they are using a hack to see where everyone is at. My team reports every time we die and see suspicious kills a long with names all over your mini map to include our tags. They need to hand out lengthier bans than just 24 hours. We play to have fun, but it's not fun when you have to many cheaters.

If they're only being temp banned for 24hrs, it's because multiple people (i.e. you and your salty teammates) created a report... then the ban is lifted after 24hrs because there was no evidence to support the ban permanently.

Dude, the deathcam is based on the replay and we do see all players on the minimap there all the time.

That isn't a cheat, it's for us to see other opponents.

No wonder why you believe so many cheat but it's part of the regular game.

The problem here is that neither you nor anyone else have reliable ways to tell a cheater from a good player. If a player have a level 500, it means that he have played the game A LOT, which would not happen if he was a cheater. Its when a player with 50 or lower level plays like a god then you can be suspicious, and even then it can be a players with extensive shooter expertise coming from CS:GO, DayZ and whatever other shooters are marginally similar.

Spectator Mode and Deathcam both have reduced update rate compared to live game, because they are not based on local processing and have to stream everything to you from the other side.

And yes, like have been validly noted, EVERY Deathcam replay includes player markets on the minimap to give you a better understanding where the observed player is relative to you since it may not be obvious looking from his perspective until the very end. Thus, if you and your friends are using these minimap markers for anything other than your own error analysis, you wasting everyone's time on invalid reports.

I've played normal FPPs up to my current level of ~78 or something from the recent F2P translation and i have only encountered two cases where opponent's behavior was suspicious enough to consider reporting it, and both times were before I realized how unreliable Deathcam is for spotting cheating.

Long story short, you've invalidly reported people due to your ignorance, and your rational judgement is clouded by emotions. You can do better. Real cheates do not live up to become lvl500s.

Just his wrong thoughts of how the deathcam works, should decrease his ingame experience a lot.

Agreed. New to PubG and not aware of deathcam showing all of the names. But I do know cheating when they aim 90 degrees over on my head after head shotting my teammate.

Agree - why the wrong hate on lvl 500's???

If someone is lv 500 likely are they are definitely not cheating - it takes too long to get to that level for someone who does cheat not to get caught during that time. They have just played a lot so are better at the game.

Now - maybe you should ask why lately are the level 20's 30's ... getting awesome shots, winning games, seemingly knowing where everyone is etc ...that is a lot more suspicious! to me
