I have made a VoiceAttack config file for RoN, which I am sharing below -

It works by manipulating the contextual AI menus. You give the scope of the command by saying "Alpha Team", "Alpha", "Bravo Team", "Bravo", or "Gentlemen" for everyone. Then you can give contextual voice commands. Once you choose a scope, the scope stays until you choose a new scope. So you don't have to keep saying "Alpha Team" if alpha team is following you around and doing things for you.

It's extremely immersive playing like this - a great experience.
