The Community manager on the Discord has already confirmed, debate or not in threads, the dev team will add female operators to the game. Specifically when they have the resources/time to focus on it, as it's not a major important thing atm

To be specific from Guinevre:

As I've said before, when we have the resources to add woman officers we intend to, that's our main barrier right now. We're not going to restrict them by numbers and certainly not on client side.

We respect the women that beat the odds to join SWAT and protect and serve. People shouldn't have a problem with that.
