Ok doing that and following this guide but changing it up to work with pop os (ubuntu) is what worked https://howto.lintel.in/install-nvidia-arch-linux/

Im leaving up this documentation encase someone ever has this issue.

Easy fix for this problem:
Step 1: Delete Linux
Step 2: Install Windows 10
Step 3: Install Steam
Step 4: Install SS4
Step 5: Play

Step 1: Realise your not funny
Step 2: i installed windows 11
Step 3: I hated every second
Step 4: went back to linux
Step 5: Enjoy actually having control

Linux is trash and not made for gaming. Dont expect any games to run on it stable.

Windows 11 is a beta test in disguise. Windows 10 is super stable.
