I just realized obsidian sells for 20 coins. Considering its about as difficult to get as iron, coal and stone, i don't see the reasoning behind this.

In comparison lanterns sell for 31ish coins, and it requires an entire production line and a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of resources and labour.

Obsidian is already gated behind a level 3 faction reward (that's 78,000 silver worth of trading to unlock) and requires 60 building kits, 60 steel and 120 lanterns to build.

Iron, coal or stone which are available without unlocking nearly any technology (1 tech for coal) or faction rewards and can be traded from day 1.

Yes obsidian is broken at the moment.
