even if my pc can't handel teardown it's a really expensive game to have now

It's only 30 dollars, most games nowadays cost $60 to $70 dollars.

And even if you think you cant run the game then look at the requirements
and i do believe my graphics card is bellow the Minimum so if you have a Better graphics card than a Geforce gtx 970 then you can run it
with lag of course
