Would this run on my GTX 970?

Title basically. Yes, I saw the min/suggested requirements, but I'm not too savvy on the real differences on what will still work on lower settings. My computer runs Cyberpunk 2077 just fine, but I know with all the physics thrown in it could be totally different. Any input would help.
