I have a AMD Radeon (TM) R9 M360 and before I buy this game I want to make sure that my computer can handle it well and have good game play.

I wouldn't buy it, not with that GPU.

does that make it better or worse

With that laptop GPU and CPU the game will barely run if at all. Being a laptop you'll also run into thermal throttling issues which will reduce your performance even further. A computer is only as good as the sum of its parts.

The worst you can do is buy the game to try it out for 30min and get a refund if it runs badly before the 2 hour mark.

The OP isn't describing a laptop. That's a desktop CPU and GPU.

They are quite old though. Honestly, I'd say just get the game and try it. Turn off all the extra graphics effects and settings, and download the Performance Mod (enable the debris opimization and other optimizations) from the workshop. Depending on how picky you are about performance, it may be perfectly playable for you.
