So In the same loop I blackmailed Malleolus into dropping out of the elections and releasing Ulpius and Iulia, I then went to save Ulpius from suicide and finally convinced Galerius to run for magistrate. I started the Elections and Ulpius voted for Galerius because he saved his life, except he didn't it was me so there seems to be an inconsistency there.

It is all made for getting Galerius attractive for the voters - so it is not a bug, but intentional, I guess. We need Galerius as Magistrate to get Duli free and the Greek plaque.

Of course he couldn't have voted for me but the person he voted for isn't my point, it's the reason he gives for his choice that isn't coherent and even false.
If he said he was voting for Galerius for whatever personal reason or because me his savior asked him to then perfect, but saying it's because Galerius saved him is not possible because Galerius didn't do such thing ... yet.

I ran into this bug as well
in a first loop I was able to blackmail Malleolus and save Ulpius even though Lulia had died.
