Description:
While playing the game (not from title screen), I changed a setting (in my case, mouse sensitivity) and then tried to leave the settings menu via pressing escape; (my intent was to revert back to the last saved value) a confirmation dialog popped up making sure I want to keep the changes or not.

Clicking "No" still saves the settings.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Mouse sensitivity reset back to last saved value.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Mouse sensitivity saved to changed value.

REPRO STEPS:
1. While in-game, press Esc to bring up menu.
2. Select "Settings".
3. Select "Controls" tab.
4. Change mouse sensitivity from its current value. (either one, doesn't matter)
5. Press Escape to back out of settings.
6. When the confirmation dialog pops up, select "No".
7. Repeat steps 1 through 3.
8. Observe the setting is not back to its last saved value but instead what it was recently changed to.
