How to play P1 VS P2 on two different keyboard?
Does anyone know how to play on the same computer with 2 different keyboard? I have tried but the second keyboard was affecting the P1 set up, even I already press space with the first keyboard, the P2 keyboard still function as the first one.

Daegoth Vilfariel replied to How to play P1 VS P2 on two different keyboard? May 1, 2023 @ 5:09:49 am PDTThe thing with keyboards is that they supposedly only read 2 keys pressed at the same time. So imagine 2 people on mame, they can't really play well add to it 3 people. It's a mess. I've heard though that you can use a keyboard for each person playing on mame like if it was a separate controller for each but dunno how. 𝘛𝘸😔 𝘒𝘦𝘺𝘣𝘰𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 ...............

AgentAlberta replied to How to play P1 VS P2 on two different keyboard? May 1, 2023 @ 9:43:35 am PDTFor those who asking the same thing, I have found the solution for this:
By downloading and using a software called:"Keyboard.Splitter"
This software helps by converting one of the keyboard's input as Xbox controller, so the first time you active it, it will ask you to install a drive for it, and most of the time, a restart of your computer after. Once its done, you can active the software then the screen will show up
Then you select how many controllers you want to use together (how many keyboards) So far I only tried it with two keyboards on the same PC.
Then you select input #1 and #2.
The P1 you select will go as your keybind in the game, while P2 will act as a Xbox controller, so you have to re keybind on the software thinking you are using a Xbox controller, so the light and heavy punchs and kicks etc.
but because this moves as a controller, so for the P2, your enter and start action will be the ones you set as "ABXY"
Then you press the [start] button on the top left corner, as it actives, your second keyboard will be active.
(you can do all the actions while the game is on, so if you don't have the keymap for the controller, you can just start a match and try each keybind.)

Btw I recommend you doing a guide, many people would be interesting in this and in a few days this thread will be lost forever in the last forum pages.
