because the requirement of this game seem very obsecure if you compare the graphics to SF5, Guilty gear strive, Dragonball fighterz.(I can play those game no problem). Is it badly optimized, hence the big requirement?

I think you can run it but anyway you can try it for yourself and if it doesn't run well you can refound it before the 2 hours mark
